Return Policy

The product must be returned to us within 12 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached, in its original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other supporting documents.

Refund Policy

Once the product is received by Exgerman successfully, Exgerman | Cleaning Products. will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to the nature of services provided, “NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Customers can CANCEL their order only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the product(s) have been shipped, the customer CANNOT cancel the order. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Exgerman Cleaning Products Pvt. Ltd. ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). For other remote or regional areas, products will be shipped through various logistics providers (Delhivery, Ship Rocket, Etc.) and may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the location.

At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable or undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, for which Exgerman is not liable. We request our users to kindly cooperate in such cases, as Exgerman continuously works to avoid such situations.

Also, Exgerman | Cleaning Products. reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion if:

The delivery takes longer than usual time
The shipment becomes physically untraceable

In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to your original source account.
